We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (m/f/d) with a strong focus on backend development using Python and a passion for building scalable and robust software solutions to join our ambitious team to drive forward our software solution.

YOUR MISSION

• Design, develop, and optimize secure, reliable, and high-performance backend systems that form the core of our product.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to design, build, and deploy features that delight users and address real customer needs.
• Lead project planning, execution and delivery with strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to be responsive and fast-paced in an ambitious environment.
• Architect and implement large-scale, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using modern best practices.
• Build on cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS) to ensure a robust and scalable backend.
• Take ownership of DevOps pipelines to enhance deployment workflows, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Stay on top of technology trends and tools, ensuring our product evolves with customer demands.
