YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Head of Product (m/f/d) to join our ambitious team to drive forward our software solution.

YOUR MISSION

• Ideation, conceptualisation and definition of product strategy and roadmap together with CEO for stakeholder requirements necessary to build the product
• Work with the CEO to ensure the prioritization and execution of the Product strategy, in alignment with the broader business strategy
• Evaluate customer requirements, prioritize them and communicate them with the tech team according to the strategy
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for addressing customer inquiries and define success metrics

YOUR PROFILE

• You have > 5 years experience as a product manager in a fast-moving and growing tech startup, ideally with manufacturing background (B2B)
• Proven record of success with the entire product management process, from ideation to shipping of the product and quality assurance
• You are passionate about customer-centric thinking and communicating effectively with sales and product teams to convert customer requirements from the product team into solutions that customers love
• You are a team leader, a driver with a hands-on mentality
• You have a strong work ethic and want to grow within a highly ambitious team
• Responsive with high communication skills
• You are highly structured and organised
• Native German speaker and professional English.
