We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Head of Sales (m/f/d) to join our ambitious team to drive forward our software solution.
YOUR MISSION
- Initiating and creating marketing strategies, drive (social media) campaigns and represent the company effectively (e.g. on fairs) with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Identifying, analysing, and qualifying opportunities, prospects and leads and turn them into customers
- Work directly with the CEO to ensure the development and execution of the sales and business strategy
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and addressing customer inquiries, monitoring customer satisfaction and success metrics
YOUR PROFILE
- You have > 5 years experience as a sales manager in a fast-moving and growing tech startup, ideally with manufacturing background (B2B)
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing and maintaining and you efficiently turn opportunities into sales
- You are a team leader, a driver with a hands-on mentality
- You are passionate about customer centric thinking and communicating effectively with C-level ****and product teams to convert customer requirements into solutions that customers love
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
- You are a driver, with a strong work ethic and want to grow within a highly ambitious team
- You are highly structured and organised
